  I have shopped at many Men's Wearhouses throughout Florida, and I've always had a wonderful experience until I went to the Naples location. The staff was incredibly rude. My parents bought me a gift card for my birthday. I was visiting them in Naples and decided to use the card right away. When I arrived to MW the staff were all sitting in the back. Not until I walked back to them did someone stand up to help me. I first inquired about my rewards, since I had not received any certificates or coupons after I made a purchase of several thousands dollars (about a year ago) and it was also my birthday (I normally get a gift certificate from MW for my birthday). A woman, who looked bored to death at my inquiry, agreed to help me and walked towards a register. At the same time, an older man, who worked there, began asking me questions about inquiry in a confrontational matter, all while still sitting. He told me it didn't even matter, because my purchase was over a year ago and the rewards certificate would only be $50. Which I replied, I realize that but before I spend more money I would like to make sure my rewards account is in working order. Then he just looked away in boredom. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff needs to realize they serve the customers. We the customers come in on our liesure time to spend our money. After I use my gift card at another location, I won't be back to Men's Wearhouse.

  I visited there earlier this afternoon with my Dad and certainly will NOT be returning again,why? well upon walking in me and my Dad were received by a middle aged looking well dressed associate whilst the both of us were dressed casually. This associate then proceeded to ask what we interpreted to be rather inaaprioate somewhat judgemental questions such as "have you ever owned a suit before?. My Dad then attempted to explain what exactly we were interested in and this is when the associate started to come across as very argumentative,dismissive,judgemental, unprofessional and just down right rude really. It wasn't just his choice of language when covering with us that bothered us it was his body language as well. Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable in a setting like that before, where having said that me and my Dad couldn't help but kind of get the impression that the associate's behaviour had racial undertones to it(I'm not saying it definitely was) and fyi we are of Middle Eastern origin. This guy certainly gave us the wrong impression though. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but following this highly disappointing experience you will NEVER be getting my business. You should train your staff not to judge books by their covers and to be honest you don't really warrant any stars. Thank you very much.
