  Just moved here from up north, and I gotta tell you Naples mattress is the best. But first let me give you a little background. I have an extremely bad back, I've had 3 back surgeries the last of which was a failed spinal fusion so needless to say a comfortable mattress is very important to me. And just when I had my mattress up north broken in,I decided to move,and since it was old and it would have taken up too much room it the trailer I got rid of it. Now I discovered Naples mattress on one of my 3 or 4 trips down here to purchase a home and I gotta tell you they were extremely knowledgable and friendly. I dealt with a representative named Patti and she understood my problem and my situation that I didn't find a house yet and she told me that when I was ready to just call from Philadelphia and she would help me. Now when I was down here she had shown me a number of mattresses and explained the benefits of each wether they were spring,memory foam or latex. Now a week before the move I called Patti and bought my mattresses and I decided to go with a memory foam for me and a spring based mattress for the other bedroom. I arrived in Fla. on March 14th and before I had even got done unloading my trailer,and to my surprise the mattress truck pulled up and out jumped the two delivery guys ready to help ( they were the best) their names were Roy and Jacob they helped me set up both beds and mattresses. Now for anyone who has moved by themselves you know what a godsend they both were, oh and I forgot to mention that my delivery was the last of the day and it was an hour away from where the store. Now on to the product the memory foam mattress I found to be a little soft for my back,so I called Patti the next day and told her and she told me(I told you so). You see since I was laying out a lot of money I decided to save money and go with a less expensive mattress. But Patti said no problem to give it a week and if I felt the same they would be happy to exchange the mattress but that I should come down to the store and choose which one I wanted. We'll I did and they did. And I gotta tell you with the new mattress that Patti suggested that I sleep like a baby. So I have to rate Naples mattress a 5 out of 5 product knowledge. 5 out of 5 for customer service and a 10 out of 5 has to go to their delivery guys Roy and Jacob without whom I would have been still unloading the trailer.   I have been buying mattresses from Naples Mattress for years. It's honestly the only place to buy a mattress! The staff is not only knowledgeable but honest! I bought my first latex mattress here, after suffering from back and shoulder issues! I love, love, love my latex mattress! I have since bought two more for my kids rooms. Gia is a great person who truly cares for her customers! Thanks again for all of the years of GREAT service and GREAT mattresses!
