  I work for a large company that has used Office Depot a lot. If I could give this store negative 10 stars I would. The only employee in the entire store that has any knowledge of customer service would be Gregory. Rene has the worst attitude in customer service I have ever seen anywhere. He was VERY disrespectful to the elderly woman ahead of me in line that was just trying to ask him a question. And when he asked what I needed, I stated I was there to pick up an order that I had placed and paid for online. He rolled his eyes at me, pointed at the other employee working and said "He will have to help you". Didn't intend on spending over 30 minutes to pick an order that was ready and already paid for. In the future I will go the extra mile and go to Staples. They may be slow there but at least they are friendly and helpful.

  I had the dreaded blue screen pop up on my HP laptop. I brought it to another chain store in Naples. They told me they could fix it, kept it for one week, and then called and said I would need to pay to ship it to HP and they were not sure how much additional I would have to pay to have it fixed or if it could be fixed. This is on top of the fee that they charged me to troubleshoot the problem, which they refunded to me only after I complained to the manager. I then brought it to office depot in Naples and they fixed my laptop in a few days. I'm very happy with my laptop and i highly recommend the technology specialist, Andy.
