  It was both a pleasure and an honor to be served by Amanda. Her welcoming greeting was sincere, genuine, and light to the heart. She proved to be extremely intelligent, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, while remaining very pleasant and personable. Her deep concern with my phone problems allowed her to put her finger instantly on the problem at hand and resolve it also instantly. Such caliber has become unfortunately a very rare commodity for any employers. That company should allow her to take up more responsibilities and challenges because she is definitely equipped for endless challenges and will super excel in any given one. Amanda is the best Verizon rep! I will always refer my friends and family to her!!!
